Chicago is one of the most significant volleyball tournament markets in the Midwest, with the Rosemont, Hoffman Estates, and Tinley Park convention and arena corridor hosting some of the largest qualifier events in the country.

The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, and the Tinley Park Convention Center form the backbone of the Chicago-area tournament market. Most large events are held in the suburban ring — not downtown Chicago — which makes them accessible from the I-290, I-355, and I-294 freeway network. Hotel inventory along the O'Hare corridor and the I-355 south corridor is strong and competitively priced for tournament families.
